Jacobean Days 2026 · Lluc to Santiago Way

On June 5 and 6, 2026, the villages of Caimari, Selva and Biniamar will host the Jacobean Days 2026, an event organised by the Association of Friends of the Camino de Santiago of the Balearic Islands, in collaboration with the Town Council of Selva and FELIB.

The aim of these days is to promote and raise awareness of the Lluc to Santiago Way, a pilgrimage route that connects Mallorca with the wider European Santiago tradition.

Cala Boquer: a short hike between heat, sea and steep paths

Last Saturday, May 23rd, the group from Amics del Camí de Santiago Mallorca enjoyed a new hiking outing around Cala Boquer, in Pollença, a short route in distance but demanding due to the steep terrain and the intense heat that already hinted at the arrival of the Mediterranean summer.

The path to the cove offered some of the most characteristic landscapes of northern Mallorca, with stone trails, Mediterranean vegetation and wide views towards the Serra de Tramuntana and the sea.

From 3 to 8 May, the Camí de Santiago Mallorca group travelled to Asturias, a journey that combined nature, hiking, tradition, gastronomy and the spirit of companionship that defines our trips.

A total of 56 people enjoyed several unforgettable days surrounded by mountains, forests, fishing villages and spectacular landscapes. Amics del Camí de Santiago Mallorca · Camí de Cavalls (Menorca, 7–11 April 2026)

A different kind of trip. No bus, no driver… just us, organising ourselves as a team and experiencing the journey from within.

Over five days, we explored some of the most spectacular sections of the Camí de Cavalls, discovering the true essence of Menorca on foot: wild coves, cliffs, lighthouses, ravines and historic villages.

This trip was also a great example of teamwork and shared responsibility, where everyone contributed to make the experience possible.
