Camí de Santiago Mallorca · Trip to Asturias (3–8 May 2026)

From 3 to 8 May, the Camí de Santiago Mallorca group travelled to Asturias, a journey that combined nature, hiking, tradition, gastronomy and the spirit of companionship that defines our trips.

A total of 56 people enjoyed several unforgettable days surrounded by mountains, forests, fishing villages and spectacular landscapes. Although rain was forecast almost every day, we were lucky enough that the weather respected us throughout every hike, allowing us to complete the entire programme as planned.

As a memory of this shared experience, we have created a travel video summary featuring some of the best moments experienced during the hikes, visits and shared moments throughout the trip.

Trip stages
  • Day 1 – Palma · Bilbao · Oviedo Beginning of our journey towards Asturias, travelling along the coast and enjoying the first visits before arriving in Oviedo.
  • Day 2 – Covadonga Lakes · Sanctuary · Cangas de Onís A day exploring some of Asturias’ most iconic landscapes, hiking around the Lakes Route and visiting Covadonga Sanctuary and Cangas de Onís.
  • Day 3 – Soto de Agues · Alba Route · MUMI Hiking among forests, rivers and gorges on one of the most beautiful routes of the trip, ending the day at the Mining Museum.
  • Day 4 – Entrago · Bear Trail · Cudillero One of the most memorable days of the journey, where we were lucky enough to see a bear. In the afternoon we visited the beautiful fishing village of Cudillero.
  • Day 5 – Sierra del Sueve · La Biescona · Lastres · El Gaitero Nature, coast and Asturian tradition combined with a visit to the famous El Gaitero cider factory.
  • Day 6 – Tazones · Gijón · Return Final shared moments before returning to Mallorca.

And of course, no trip to Asturias would be complete without enjoying its gastronomy: cider, anchovies, cachopos and perhaps a few extra kilos gained among laughter and good company

This video is a small tribute to everyone who took part in this adventure and to the shared moments that turn every trip into a unique experience.
